Wave machine - transverse and longitudinal waves (demonstration model)

An aid to demonstrate the phenomenon of transverse and longitudinal waves. Very useful in observation and exploration of such issues connected with a wave as its length, frequency, amplitude, reflection and period. The machine consists of a shaft with a crank at its end. Rotation of the shaft sets the vertical rods with white spots in motion. Additionally, 8 rods bent at the same given angle to help observe how both types of waves are formed.
