Monograph of number
Description
According to the core curriculum, formation of the concept of natural number is the paramount goal of mathematical education at early school age.
Monograph of a Number meets this goal. The set contains 21 boards with numbers from 0 to 20 and is an exhaustive introduction to numbers in the required cardinal, ordinal and measuring aspects.
Besides, each board shows the handwritten and printed versions of a number with clear indication how to write the number correctly.
An original task with the use of the board is to get pupils involved in physical activity. Each board has a picture to encourage children e.g. to squat down the indicated number of times. With the help of Monograph, a child will acquire elementary knowledge through play and by using ordinary objects form immediate surroundings.
21 boards with numbers 0 - 20; A4 format; ages 6+
